Joseph Colby Doler (Colby)
Since David Wilsons third play in the old "Grantville Playmakers," Barbara Nolan meets the Werewolf,
Colby Doler was a prominent member of the Grantville Playmakers. If you have seen any of the old Grantville
Playmakers productions, you might have noticed Colby as the Mummy in Barbara Nolan meets the Mummy,
Barbara Nolan gets married, Barbara Nolan and the Return of the Mummy, or in Barbara Nolan meets
the Ghost. Among other roles, Colby has portrayed a British general in America the Great!, a pothead
in Barbara Nolan meets the Werewolf, the ghost of a confederate soldier in Barbara Nolan meets the
Ghost, or as a royal knight in Colby's very own self-written, self-directed play by the same name, Knight!.
Knight! is the story of three young men who, by the idiot kings orders, travel to slay a Dragon. Upon
finding the Dragon, he proves too strong to destroy and ends up chasing the knights back to the kingdom, ushering in the kings
master plan; to have the knights kill the beast but make it look like he did it so as to win the heart back of his beloved
queen, who left him because he is too lazy to do anything himself.
Since the disbanding of the "Grantville Playmakers," Colby, Daisy Greer, and the rest of the old "Grantville Playmakers"
came together to make the Grantville Performing Arts.
Cory Edward Craig (Cory)
Debuting alongside Colby Doler into the old Grantville Playmakers, Cory has been in every single
production since Barbara Nolan meets the Werewolf. Cory has reigned well with his acting skill portraying
large roles like Jack Garrison in 3 of the plays in the Barbara Nolan series. Cory had to memorize over 115
lines in Colby Doler's play, Knight, and did so stunningly portraying the always afraid knight, Sir
Zax.
Cory is never afraid to take on a good role, and is a prominent member of the Grantville Performing Arts.
Look forward to seeing Cory in more productions!
James William Haney (James)
James made his Grantville Playmakers debut as Sir Hrothgar in Colby Doler's Knight! His
excellent memorization of over 130 lines and great acting skill earned him a spot in the old Grantville Playmakers.
James starred in the musical Beauty and the Beast, produced and performed by the Newnan High School drama
department.
Look foreward to seeing James in future Grantville Performing arts productions!
Daisy started in the old Grantville Playmakers as a beautiful Indian woman in David Wilson's America
the Great! Since then she has gone to fill the big shoes of the character Barbara Nolan in David Wilson's Barbara
Nolan meets the Ghost, and she sure filled them! After that she went on to play the smart queen in Colby Doler's
Knight! Daisy impressed David Wilson and the Grantville Playmakers with her amazing acting
skill.
Look foreward to seeing Daisy in future Grantville Performing Arts productions!
